In the steel structure industry, it can weld seams of small-batch non-standard components such as H-beam web plates, H-beam brackets, purlin supports, bridge plate units, and cross truss structures; in the tower industry, it is suitable for welding workpieces like tower corners, and also works well for certain pipe-assembled structural components.
Main Configuration
This workstation mainly consists of 1 set of teaching-free 6-axis industrial robot system, 1 set of Aotai welding power source, 1 set of industrial computer control system integrated cabinet, 1 set of torch cleaning and wire cutting device, etc. The floor track has a total length of 12 meters.
Main functions of the equipment
1. Standardized Welding Parameters: Preset standardized process parameter library for welding current, voltage, welding speed, wire feed speed, gas flow, preheating temperature, crater filling parameters, etc., supporting one-key recall.
2. Weld Seam Trajectory Planning: For different weld seams such as straight lines, arcs, irregular curves, and multi-layer multi-pass welds, develop specific trajectory paths, optimize arc start, crater filling, and overlap processes to eliminate porosity, undercut, and lack of fusion defects.
3. Quality Process Assurance Measures: Implement specialized process solutions for spatter prevention, deformation control, weld fullness control, color difference control, and welding stress relief.
4. Robot Control System: Servo drive system, motion control system, supporting multi-axis linkage, precise trajectory control, with power-off memory and break point resume welding functions.
5. Programming and Operation Scheme: Supports teach programming, offline programming, one-key program recall, enabling quick mastery by new operators, and can store hundreds of sets of product welding programs.
6. Human-Machine Interaction System: Touchscreen interface, visual parameter adjustment, equipment status display, and fault pop-up alerts.
7. Data Acquisition and Monitoring: Real-time collection of welding parameters, production output, pass rate, equipment operation time, supporting data traceability.
8. Intelligent Warning Function: Automatic alarm and shutdown for wire depletion, insufficient air pressure, temperature anomalies, and equipment faults.
